Christopher A. Shepherd

CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Christopher is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wesson Property Partners. He brings over 30 years of experience in real estate development, commercial lending, construction oversight, and portfolio operations in the Boston metropolitan area. He is responsible for corporate strategy, portfolio growth, and owner relations.

He directs capital planning, financial discipline, and long-term asset stewardship to protect owner value and improve building operations for occupants and boards. He has built and scaled commercial and condominium management platforms, expanding services for institutional and private owners while strengthening reporting, budgeting, and financial controls

Christopher has evaluated and improved assets at acquisition, during repositioning, during refinance, and through recurring operating cycles. This gives him a full view of property life cycles and owner needs across changing market conditions.

He holds the AMS designation and the CMCA credential. He earned a BBA in Finance from Howard University.

Charles Edward Sims, Jr
CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT and CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Charles is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Wesson Property Partners. He brings more than 30 years of experience in operations, finance, and organizational leadership across real estate, consulting, and mission-driven enterprises. His work focuses on building disciplined operating systems, strengthening financial controls, and aligning people, processes, and reporting through an AI-first approach to operations and decision support
His background includes senior roles overseeing financial management, operational systems, and strategic execution. Charles has led complex organizations through growth, restructuring, and modernization, with a focus on accountability, transparency, and disciplined performance.

At Wesson Property Partners, Charles oversees daily operations, financial controls, and technology-enabled workflows. He is responsible for establishing operating standards, strengthening reporting, and ensuring owners and boards have clear, reliable information to support informed decision-making.

Charles earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from Howard University.
